In 1940, the Museum of Modern Art 

published a small, spiral-bound book 

entitled Guide to Modern Architecture - 

Northeast States. 

The Vermont section takes up a single page 

(the last page of the book, no less) and 

features just one house.

Countless modernist buildings have been 

built in Vermont since 1940, and you can 

learn about many of them on this site.
